Flat Out Cancellation & Date Change Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and date change policy carefully before confirming your booking.

 Cancellation Policy

  • 61 Days or More Before Check-In:
    Guests who cancel 61 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 40–60 Days Before Check-In:
    Cancellations made between 40 and 60 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • 39 Days or Less Before Check-In:
    Cancellations made less than 40 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  • Pre-booked activities are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment, minus any transaction fees incurred.

Date Change Policy

  • Admin Fee:
    Any approved date changes will be subject to an administrative fee of R500 per change.
  • Change Restrictions:
    • No date changes are permitted 60 days or less before the scheduled check-in date.
    • If a date change request is made and approved more than 60 days before check-in, the original cancellation policy will still apply to the original booking dates in the event of a cancellation of the revised booking.

We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may impact their stay.
